About Me

After 40 fantastic years in a career I literally kind of "fell into" out of the necessity of the moment, I have decided to put my real estate license on "ice" and give retirement a try!!! SHOCKING news, I'm certain, to all that know me and expected me to continue until I drew my last breath. And, believe me, I have struggled with a decision that still makes me catch my breath when I say it out loud. We'll see. The most important thing that I want you all to know is that I fully intend to make myself available to answer questions, provide information and be a resource going forward to the degree that you find helpful. My phone number and email won't change and I'll ALWAYS be happy to hear from you, whatever the reason. Besides, one of the things I fully intend to work on is being a better friend to all the spectacular people I've encountered along the way and literally haven't had time to give them the attention they deserve. Let's find time for that cup of coffee or glass of wine……it might actually fit on my schedule somewhere now! In terms of my real estate "business"……I'll be turning my client base over to my very capable son Brandt who has worked beside me for 10+ years. But, you can still reach out to me for the initial introduction when it's time and I'll be DELIGHTED to gently place you in his able hands!

From deep within my grateful heart I want to thank each and every one of you for your involvement in my joyful real estate "ride". I leave it with very mixed emotions but know that at 74 (YIKES!) it's time to devote some of my energies to other endeavors, especially family members who have often been left on the "back-burner". I treasure the relationships and friendships I've made with customers, clients, co-workers, fellow agents, people in the appraisal, home inspection, lending and title industry, contractors and subcontractors, attorneys and countless others who have made my career all that it was. I am honored to have been involved in all these lives and to hopefully have been a part of positive changes. I've learned much (some of it the hard way), grown and changed, pivoted and learned some more. I don't intend for that to be any different... let's raise a glass to a bright future!
